OFF THE RECORD ADVERTISING RATES
Off the Record is a non-profit making community project run by volunteers in their own homes. The cost of producing the magazine is covered by public support from the community who buy the magazine for £1 per month and by selling advertising space. Both of these methods are very important to us and we are extremely grateful for all financial support we get in this way from the community.
The set prices have a discounted rate for those of you who would like to book several months at once - should you wish to commit yourself to a longer period than four months we would be happy to give you a further discounted price.

NEW POLICY:
Please note that whilst we are happy to design your advert for you if given the information, and the request is received before the deadline for the month, we feel that we must now charge a small set-up fee from January 2010. You will now be charged £10 towards the design fee if you do not supply a PDF of your own advert. As we are a non-profit making company, run by volunteers we in turn will then donate this extra fee to Age Concern Bromyard and District.
Many people book a long run of adverts - which is great for us because we can budget accordingly. However, what takes time is when advertisers like to change their wording on a regular basis. Again, from January 2010 you will be charged an additional £5 for wording or logo changes - these too will be given to Age Concern.
It is our policy to offer free editorial space to regular advertisers - please phone or email to enquire if you would like to take up this offer.
Please note that announcements, events and small charity advertisements are free. We are met very often with great surprise when we explain that there is no charge for weddings, obituaries, anniversaries, etc.
We view Off the Record as providing a community service. If, however, you would like to make a donation, however small, you would be greatly helping this community project.
